Hiring: Performance Test Architect
📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
⏳ Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Architect to lead performance engineering initiatives for enterprise-scale mobile banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apache JMeter, performance optimization, and identifying system bottlenecks across applications, APIs, and databases.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
- Groovy/Beanshell scripting
- Load, Stress, Soak, Spike & Scalability Testing
- Performance metrics analysis (Latency, Throughput, Error Rate, Concurrency)
- REST APIs, JSON & Postman
- APM Tools: Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Azure Monitor
- Git version control
- Root Cause Analysis & Performance Tuning
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- Mobile Banking application experience is highly preferred
