About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to join as one of their early engineering hires, working directly with the CTO in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment. You ll transform innovative ideas and LLM prompts into powerful peer-to-peer marketplace features, streamline customer operations through automation, and integrate diverse data sources across the web, proprietary systems, and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build fullstack features and scalable components using Python, Django, and React
Collaborate with product and design teams to ship new features rapidly
Integrate third-party APIs and build automation workflows
Handle large-scale data and optimize cloud database performance
Take ownership of core product areas in a small, high-impact team
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer
Hands-on experience with Python, Django, React, and API integrations
Familiarity with cloud databases and scaling large datasets
Must be Bay Area-based and available to work onsite 2 days per week
Passion for building tools, solving inefficiencies, and working in startup-like environments
