We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer / Conversational AI Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – Tue–Thu Onsite | Mon & Fri Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only
About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer / Conversational AI Engineer to build a next-generation Conversational AI platform that delivers accurate, context-aware responses across digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about chatbots, NLP, and AI-driven user experiences, with hands-on expertise in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end conversational AI solutions (chatbots & voice)
- Architect and optimize AI-driven conversational flows
- Integrate with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams
- Enhance AI models using NLP, ML, and Speech-to-Text tuning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across channels
- Participate in Agile/SAFe delivery cycles
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data architecture & lifecycle management
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
- Ability to break down user stories into technical tasks
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodology
Technical Skills Required
- 5 years: Full Stack Development (Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- 3 years: Conversational AI tools (IBM WatsonX, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, etc.)
- Experience with intent training & NLP best practices
- Strong debugging & optimization experience
- Testing experience: Selenium, JUnit
- Hands-on with Microservices & OpenShift
- Tools: Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, Splunk
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
