Role and Responsibilities:
- Advanced React & React Native development using TypeScript, building reusable, performant UI components across web and mobile.
- Strong front-end and full-stack architecture skills grounded in OOP, clean code, and separation of concerns.
- Experience managing and scaling monorepos (Turborepo /Nx), including shared libraries, task pipelines, and dependency boundaries.
- Proficient state management with MobX, designing predictable, maintainable application state.
- Type-safe, scalable styling using vanilla-extract, including theming and design tokens.
- Testing expertise with Jest, covering unit and integration tests with a quality-first mindset.
- Package and dependency management using npm & pnpm, including workspace configuration and version hygiene.
- Strong Git & GitHub workflows, including PR reviews, branching strategies, and CI collaboration in large teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship by setting engineering standards, reviewing architecture, and guiding development teams.
- Focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience across the stack while driving scalable, high-quality solutions.
