Stibo Engineer
Introduction:
We are seeking a highly experienced Stibo Engineer to join our team. The Stibo Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the STIBO STEP PIM platform, ensuring data quality, performance optimization, and seamless integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling concepts, strong programming skills in JavaScript and Java, and experience working in a global delivery environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the STIBO STEP PIM platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
- Design solutions using business rules (JavaScript), business process workflows, and STEP Component Model
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning
- Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore development and support teams
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 8 years of minimum experience in IT Industry
- 5 years hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM platform
- Deep understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Contexts, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming (STIBO Extension APIs)
- Good experience with STEP integration frameworks - OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, REST endpoints
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with both onshore and offshore development and support teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
