Required Experience
- Minimum 15 years of overall IT/Supply Chain/ERP consulting experience
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on OMP functional consulting experience
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in enterprise-level supply chain planning implementations and support
Required Skills
- Strong functional expertise in OMP solutions
- Good understanding of supply chain planning processes
- Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive discussions and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain
- Experience handling onsite client-facing responsibilities
