Blue Yonder WMS Consultant (Support or Architect) Multiple Roles

Overview

We are hiring for two Blue Yonder WMS roles for a major Food & Beverage client. Experienced BY WMS professionals will be considered for either the WMS Discrete Support role or the Technology Architect role based on their profile.

Role 1: Blue Yonder WMS Discrete Support Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)**
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Blue Yonder WMS (preferably Discrete).
Manage P1/P2 incidents under strict SLAs:
P1/P2: 15-minute response, 2-hour resolution
P3: 15-minute response, 8-hour resolution
Troubleshoot production issues and drive incident resolution.
Lead technical conversations with client stakeholders.
Support warehouse operations with occasional onsite travel (Infosys centers & warehouse locations).
Availability for after-hours support when required.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with BY WMS.
Proven production support experience.
Ability to manage high-severity incidents.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Role 2: Blue Yonder WMS Technology Architect

Location: Remote**
Responsibilities:
Requirement gathering, system analysis, and creation of technical/functional specifications.
Strong MOCA programming skills; ability to debug using trace files.
Develop utilities, scripts, and documentation.
High-level solution design based on business needs.
Prior experience in JDA/BY WMS implementation and full SDLC.
Oracle SQL expertise (queries, stored procedures).
Data mapping for WMS BY TMS interfaces; creating mapping sheets.
Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot WMS integrations.
Support SIT, UAT, production cutover, and hypercare.
ASRS interface experience is preferred.
