Employment Type: PRN / Per Diem
Primary Units: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Surgical Services, Pediatric Med-Surg
Pay Rate: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour (based on experience and specialty)
Schedule: PRN with flexible scheduling
Shift Availability: Varies
Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed
Employment Status: W2 Employee
Requirements
Active Ohio RN license required
Minimum 1 year RN experience in an inpatient acute care hospital setting required
PICU or critical care experience preferred
Pediatric experience preferred
Experience supporting surgical or post-operative care preferred
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification preferred
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
Provide patient care across PICU, surgical, and pediatric care units
Monitor and assess critically ill pediatric patients
Assist with post-operative care and recovery
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
