Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health services to patients in their place or residence in accordance with physicians orders.
Qualification
- Current Ohio nursing license
- Three to five years experience preferred.
- One year experience in home health.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to work with individuals to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.
Responsibilities
- Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
- ability to supervise, guide and develop nursing skills and performances.
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, evaluating and terminating nursing personnel.
- Responsible for the orientation of new patient care personnel.
- Assists in planning and consultative needs of staff.
- Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
- Reviews patient medical records for compliance with federal, state, accrediting bodies, .
- Must be able to perform nursing functions in times staff shortage.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Service/Administrator. *
