Nurse Practitioner (NP)Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. The NP will provide direct care to adults in detox and residential treatment settings and conduct telehealth check-ins for PHP patients. This part-time role requires weekend availability with on-call duties during a 24-hour period surrounding the scheduled shift.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily rounds on up to 12 detox patients and 3-5 residential clients, assessing and managing their medical and withdrawal care needs.Provide telehealth follow-ups with Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) patients for weekly check-ins (approximately 4-8 hours per week).Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, making necessary medication adjustments.Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and timely.Provide medical oversight for adults with substance abuse as the primary diagnosis.Participate in on-call rotation; respond promptly to patient needs during on-call hours.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinic or inpatient setting.Preferred experience in psychiatric care and detox management.Active New Hampshire NP license with DEA credentials or compact license (must meet board approval requirements).Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Schedule & Compensation:Part-time, weekend shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.On-call coverage for 24 hours surrounding the shift (8 AM – 8 AM).#IND2
