Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Must have a valid license/certification in the state of WV (compact licensing a plus)
Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience (such as a nursing home or assisted living)
Current CPR or BLS certificate
Must clear background checks and pre-employment drug screening
Experience in documenting and/or charting desired
Physically able to perform job duties
