We are seeking a reliable and experienced Survey Party Chief to support our projects across multiple industries, including oil & gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy and independent worker, capable of managing field operations with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy, safety, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot survey equipment (GPS, total stations, data collectors, etc.).
• Ensure all field data is collected accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed field notes, sketches, and reports.
• Uphold company values of honesty, reliability, and integrity in every aspect of the job.
• Perform quality control checks on data collected and ensure deliverables meet company and client standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Party Chief.
• Strong knowledge of Trimble robotics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while making sound decisions in the field.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• 80% travel
• Valid driver’s license
