We are looking for a self motivated, hard working and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team! Bilingual Preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
- Update patient information as needed
- Collect co-payments
- Answer phones
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Insurance verification
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Facilitating a productive schedule for all providers
- Confidently present dental treatment plans and fees to patients
- Assisting the team to accomplish and exceed the practice goals
