Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Runner/Carpenter Assistant to support our field crews and help keep projects running smoothly. This hybrid role combines logistical support with hands-on carpentry assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning on the job.
Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Assist with demolition, site prep, framing, and general carpentry tasks
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and company vehicles
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and well-stocked
- Coordinate with project managers to prepare crews each morning
- Purchase and deliver materials from suppliers as needed
- Support skilled tradespeople in executing repairs and installations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred
- Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass a background check

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisor
