This is a full-time, in-office role supporting client service, scheduling, and operational workflows across both our Medicare and financial planning divisions.
About the Role
This is not a passive reception position. The role plays an important part in maintaining organization, follow-through, and client experience within the firm. The right candidate will take ownership of administrative workflows and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
· Support client service requests
· Manage scheduling and confirmations
· Maintain Client Relationship Software records
· Track follow-ups and outstanding items
· Prepare meeting materials and documentation
· Assist with administrative workflows
· Support client events and office operations
Work Schedule
Standard weekday business hours
No weekends or late nights
Predictable work environment
Busy season October–December
Occasional early evening client events
