Flexible Warehouse Team Member (PT or FT)

We are an eCommerce company and need humans (not humanoids) for our fun, small warehouse in Monroe.

** This is a COOL job. Our warehouse has AC (and heat). You will not be uncomfortable.

** This is a FLEXIBLE hours job. There are a few caveats, and there may be occasional exceptions. But, the warehouse team works flexible hours as long as all orders make it on the trucks and all daily tasks are completed on time.

** This is a LIGHT-DUTY job. With few exceptions, you will be dealing with very small packages. Huge muscles are not a requirement for this job.

** This is a CLEAN job. Don't think warehouse. Think big room that is climate-controlled, neat and organized. No dust, no grime, no clutter.

** Because of the nature of the work and the flexible schedule, we welcome those of you who need flexibility to work around errands, children, etc. There ARE a few non-negotiables in regard to schedule below.

About this job:

• Light warehouse environment (no forklifts or high rack). The warehouse is conditioned to 73 degrees during the summer and heated to 67 degrees during the winter.
• 20-30 hours a week M-F. (Monday is our heavy day. Please do not apply if you cannot work most of the day on Monday.)
• Small teams. You will likely be working with just 1-2 other people at a time.
• A variety of tasks. We train you in multiple roles.
• Competitive pay starts at $15/hour.
• Opportunities to grow into leadership roles, or if interested, other roles in the company such as customer service and operations.

Requirements:

• Good work ethic.
• Good physical condition. The work is not overly physically demanding but you will be moving around a lot.
• Good attitude.
• Average to good cognitive skills. This job is not robotic. You will be doing many tasks, some of which require significant mental engagement.
• Willing to learn new skills and help anywhere in the business when needed.
• Enjoy a flexible environment and are comfortable with change.
• Able to commit exclusively to us while at work. During work hours, we expect 100% of your focus with no distractions such as multi-job situations, side hustles, or non-essential personal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Use scanners to pull inventory from shelves for customer orders.
• Receive and restock inventory.
• Pack and ship.
• Perform inventory reconciliations.
• Data entry work if time permits.
