What You’ll Do:
Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams.
Lead the test ride process — bring the experience to life.
Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).
Enter every up into the Traffic Log — no exceptions.
Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals.
Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.
Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity.
