What You’ll Do:
- Maximize profitability of the sales department while focusing on customer retention
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team
- Lead daily sales meetings and trainings
- Desk and close deals, overcoming objections to secure sales
- Utilize our CRM system to track, follow up, and convert leads into loyal customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
