What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Solutions Business Analyst position at WisdomTree?
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Portfolio Solutions team. In this entry-level role, you will support the ongoing growth and evolution of WisdomTree’s Portfolio Solutions platform by driving business analytics, cross-functional project execution, and process improvements across our business.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial services and investment products as well as experience collaborating across teams. This individual will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills. They should be curious, analytical, and eager to identify industry trends while contributing to the continued innovation and growth of an established, fast-evolving business unit.\n- Supporting cross-functional initiatives that help scale the Portfolio Solutions platform
- Maintaining and enhancing dashboards, business reports, and usage analytics to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Driving process improvements related to platform delivery, CRM automation, model update workflows, and advisor experience
- Supporting the creation and refinement of marketing content, tools, and reporting that help advisors and distribution teams engage more effectively
- Participating in ad-hoc projects as needed
- Entry-level
- BS/BA degree required, along with strong academic background
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly developed critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
