Director, Sales (Southern California/Houston, TX)

WisdomTree Asset Management is seeking experienced Sales Directors to join our Wirehouse / Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) Channel in the Southern California or Houston, Texas region. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth across WisdomTree’s suite of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and model portfolios, working closely with Financial Advisors in the Wirehouse / IBD segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet / exceed annual sales targets within their designated region.
• Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors at Wirehouse and IBD firms.
• Deliver engaging presentations and insights on WisdomTree’s ETF offerings, model portfolios, and value-added resources.
• Provide relevant research, data, and due diligence materials to support Financial Advisor decision-making throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and research, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Represent WisdomTree at regional events, conferences, and advisor meetings, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance sales strategies.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 . In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on location, experience, and individual performance.
