Designer / Marketing Content

About The Role
We’re looking for a full-stack creative who can design world-class marketing content, produce clean technical illustrations, and evolve our brand across every touchpoint. You’ll work directly with our Head of Product Marketing and founders to translate complex ideas into simple, beautiful visuals that move our brand forward.

This role blends visual design, marketing content creation, and light multimedia production. If you love switching between product diagrams, landing pages, slide decks, videos, ads, and social creative—and you can take concepts from 0→1—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Own

• Design technical illustrations and system diagrams (architecture, workflows, product overviews)
• Produce marketing content across formats: web pages, blog graphics, social media, ads, 1-pagers, sales sheets, and more
• Create high-polish slide decks for product launches, sales enablement, webinars, and exec storytelling
• Build and maintain consistent brand systems across all assets
• Support event and campaign needs—conference booths, signage, company swag
• Use Riverside and Descript to help with video clips, podcast graphics, thumbnails, and light editing
• Collaborate closely with PMM, Sales, and Product to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
• Incorporate data, product insights, and user research into content decisions
• Manage multiple workstreams and rapidly prototype ideas in a fast-paced startup environment
  
  
  
  

Who You Are

• A versatile designer who loves both technical clarity and creative storytelling
• Comfortable taking rough ideas, whiteboard sketches, or raw transcripts and producing polished assets
• Able to work with evolving brand guidelines and help define the next iteration of the visual system
• Highly organized, independent, and excited about a wide variety of design surfaces
• A collaborator who works well with PMM, engineering, sales, and founders
  
  
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong technical illustration abilities (Figma or Illustrator)
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Canva; (Descript & Riverside a plus)
• Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
• Portfolio demonstrating system diagrams, product visuals, brand assets, and marketing creative
• Ability to quickly produce multiple versions and iterate
  
  
  
  

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

• Riverside and Descript for video/podcast production
• Motion graphics experience (After Effects or equivalent)
• Experience working in SaaS, developer tools, AI, or technical markets
• Familiarity with product marketing principles
