Wisdom & Youth MedSpa is a rapidly growing luxury medical aesthetics practice seeking an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician to support our Westport and Shelton locations. This position starts part-time (12–20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including:
• Clinical-grade facials
• Acne, brightening, and hydrating treatments
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling (preferred; training available)
• Conduct skin assessments and treatment consultations
• Recommend skincare products and home-care regimens
• Deliver a luxury, five-star client experience
• Maintain accurate charting, photography, and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with providers and injectors on comprehensive treatment plans
• Participate in educational trainings, content creation, and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Esthetician License (required)
• 2 years of esthetics or medical aesthetics experience
• Strong knowledge of skin health, ingredients, and treatment planning
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Some evening and weekend availability required
• Social media experience is a plus
