About Us
Wisdom & Youth MedSpa is a rapidly growing luxury medical aesthetics practice known for natural-looking results and exceptional patient care. We're seeking a talented, motivated injector to join our expanding team.
What You'll Do
- Perform aesthetic treatments including Botox®, Jeuveau®, dermal fillers, PRF, Sculptra®, and regenerative services
- Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Deliver a five-star patient experience
- Educate patients on treatments, skincare, and long-term aesthetic goals
- Collaborate with our team to support patient retention and practice growth
- Participate in social media and educational content creation
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut RN or PA-C license (required)
- Aesthetic injecting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Professional, coachable, and growth-oriented
- Ability to travel between Westport and Shelton locations
Compensation
- Paid training starting at $35/hour
- Increased compensation once cleared for independent treatment
- Uncapped monthly bonuses and performance incentives
- Injectors average approximately $74/hour total compensation
