As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, confident, and patient-focused Aesthetic Injector (RN or PA-C) to join our team. This role requires travel between our Westport and Shelton locations.

Position Overview

The Aesthetic Injector plays a key role in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and an elevated patient experience. You will perform advanced injectable treatments with precision and artistry, conduct in-depth consultations, and create customized treatment plans aligned with our natural-enhancement philosophy.

This role also contributes to patient education, brand growth, and revenue generation through clinical excellence and product/package recommendations.

Compensation Structure & Growth Opportunity

• During the initial training and shadowing period, compensation will be $35/hour
• Once you are clinically cleared to treat patients independently, your base hourly rate will increase based on skill, performance, and readiness

• Uncapped monthly bonuses reward productivity, rebooking, and treatment/package sales
• Our current injectors average between $68–$75/hour when factoring in bonuses and performance incentives

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Jeuveau), dermal fillers, PRF, Sculptra, and regenerative services
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized, anatomy-based treatment plans
• Deliver safe, precise, and natural-looking results in alignment with brand standards
• Maintain strict adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and state regulations

Client Experience

• Provide a warm, polished, confidence-building experience for every patient
• Maintain thorough documentation, charting, consents, and before/after photography
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, skincare, and long-term planning

Collaboration & Growth

• Partner closely with leadership, clinical team, estheticians, and front office to ensure a seamless client journey
• Participate in social media and marketing initiatives (educational content, treatment videos, before/afters)
• Support cross-referrals and contribute to overall revenue growth

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Uphold the highest standards in safety, sterilization, and HIPAA/OSHA compliance
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Active RN or PA-C license in Connecticut (required)
• Aesthetic injecting experience preferred; strong foundational candidates with advanced anatomy knowledge will be considered
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and commitment to natural-looking results
• Excellent communication skills and bedside manner
• Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to advance skillset
