We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive departmental success. In this pivotal role, you will direct fiscal resources, oversee comprehensive administrative functions, and align departmental strategies with organizational objectives. This position serves both internal stakeholders and external partners, customers, and vendors, acting as a cornerstone for financial compliance and quality control across our continuum of care.
➤ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute departmental goals, standards, and operational budgets in alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical objectives.
➤ Team Management & Supervision: Oversee all staffing activities, including workforce planning, task delegation, training, professional development, and performance management.
➤ Financial Oversight & Audit Control: Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring strict compliance with allocated funding and corporate benchmarks.
➤ Operational Excellence: Evaluate departmental workflows, data management infrastructure, and service levels to consistently meet performance metrics.
➤ Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial insights to executive management, navigating intricate business problems and delicate operational scenarios with independent judgment.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, OR equivalent applicable professional work experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Proven understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and compliance mandates (e.g., HIPAA).
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated background in team leadership, staff supervision, and application of business office standards.
- Core Competencies: Advanced project planning capabilities, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and moderate-to-advanced computer literacy (spreadsheets, financial databases, data entry).
