As an Oracle Demand & Supply Planning Specialist, you will be a key expert on Oracle Fusion, driving best-practice adoption and shaping the platform to meet the Client’s business needs.
What You’ll Do
Lead solution design and transformation for Demand & Supply Planning.
Define functional strategy, identify innovation opportunities, and influence platform evolution.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and designs.
Perform impact assessments and maintain requirements traceability.
Configure, test, and support new or enhanced Oracle Fusion functionality.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels.
Collaborate with Oracle to influence product roadmap priorities.
Support issue resolution and escalate product bugs when needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5 years of Oracle / Oracle Fusion experience.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
