CSR's are responsible for checking patients in and out, including updating account information, quoting costs of services, and taking payments for services rendered. They answer phone calls as they come in, monitor emails, and text communications to answer any questions clients have, make appointments, fill medications requested, and update a patient's status. CSR's also help maintain up to date medical records. Receptionist must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
