Service Area

Compensation
- Junior Painter: $18–24/hr
- Senior Painter: $23–28/hr
- Crew Leader: $28–36/hr
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit or check
- Bonus opportunities available

Painter Responsibilities
- Arrive on-site on schedule and ready to work
- Complete projects to Wisconsota Painting quality standards
- Properly prep, prime, and paint residential and commercial projects
- Maintain a clean, professional job site
- Protect customer property and clean up daily
- Communicate proactively with team members and leadership
- Represent Wisconsota Painting professionally to homeowners and clients
Crew Leader Responsibilities
- Lead crews of 2–4 painters
- Manage jobsite quality, production, and efficiency
- Provide customer communication and daily project updates
- Maintain safety and professionalism on every project
- Drive company vehicles when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Ability to pass a basic background check
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- 2 years of professional painting experience
- Experience with both interior and exterior residential repaints
- Cabinet painting, drywall repair, or commercial experience a plus
- Previous leadership experience for crew leader applicants
