We are currently accepting applications for a full time sous chef. That could be you! We are looking for a team player with good organizational skills, positive attitude, and an attention to detail.
Ideal candidates should be comfortable with the following criteria:
· Working all stations in the kitchen - grill, fryer, preparation, dish washing
· Be comfortable supervising kitchen staff - typically a crew of 3-6 depending on the day.
· Be able to keep a level head under high volume sales.
The Sous Chef position consists of:
· Availability: 20 to 40 hours
· Base pay: $19.50 50% Tip Share (typically $25-30 /hr)
· Paid Time Off: After 90 days
· 50% Employee Discount
· Paid meal
