Position Summary: The Teen Center Group Leader supervises youth during indoor and outdoor activities, guides daily group routines, and supports overall program operations through tasks such as dinner preparation, activity set-up, and clean-up. This position also works closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a high-quality program experience and may assist with neighborhood center events and community initiatives throughout the school year.
Hours & Pay:
This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team.
Up to $17.75 per hour, pay is based on education and experience
Part-time, up to 19 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 3:00-7 p.m., Friday 3:00-6:00 p.m.

- Must be 18 years of age

Location:
Elver Park Neighborhood Center is located on Madison's southwest side. The Neighborhood Center serves its surrounding community by providing programs and services that strengthen connections, support families, and foster community engagement. After School program takes place within the neighborhood center building under the direction of a site supervisor.
