What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kiva Capital Access Manager position at Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation?
The Kiva Capital Access Manager will work with a collaborative team to support the Kiva mission and initiatives of Kiva@WWBIC in Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties. The Kiva program is designed to support financially excluded and socially impactful entrepreneurs with zero-interest crowdfunded microloans. This position will require at least two years of experience in sales, business development, program management, political campaigns, or a related role with an existing network in the South East WI area. Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly encouraged. Must have the ability to work on multiple projects and be flexible and comfortable with change. Must be positive and enthusiastic with a deep passion for the work of Kiva and expanding economic development. Must be highly independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial and a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and defining your own direction.
