Role Description The Nurse Full-Time PM Shift role is an on-site position located in Chippewa Falls, WI, responsible for providing direct nursing care and support to residents during evening hours. This role includes assessing residents’ health status, administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, and documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies. The nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, communicates with residents and families, and helps administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans to promote safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
