About Our Shop
We're a truck repair shop—not a doctor's office.
That means:
- It can be noisy.
- People get dirty.
- Sometimes people cuss.
- We dress casually (jeans and T-shirts).
We're a small, family-owned business with a relaxed atmosphere, and we all work together to get the job done.
You'll primarily be working with Jessica (Shop Manager) and the Owner.
We are a closed shop, meaning we do not serve the general public. We work with the same fleet managers, branch managers, drivers, and equipment operators on a regular basis, allowing you to build long-term working relationships with our customers.
Requirements
We ask for a few simple things:
- Show up to work every day and be on time.
- Leave your cell phone in your vehicle during work hours. If your family needs to reach you, they can always call the shop.
- Wear safety shoes or boots.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
We are a DOT-regulated repair facility and maintain a zero-tolerance drug policy.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required, but they are rare. You may go an entire year without working a Saturday, and then work only one or two during a particularly busy period.
We're Looking for Someone Long-Term
We're looking for someone who wants to become part of our team—not just someone looking for a temporary job.
