Real Estate Title Insurance Examiner
Wisconsin Title Service Company, Inc., in Waukesha Wisconsin is seeking a full time Title Examiner.
Job Duties include:
· Abstracting records for commercial and residential properties in multiple counties
· Examining Chain of Title
· Review title search reports and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner
· Resolve issues such as missing documentation, incomplete or inaccurate information contained in the chain of title
Qualifications:
· Prior experience as a Title Examiner licensed in the State of Wisconsin required
· Detail oriented
· Minimum High School diploma
· Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner
· Familiar with Microsoft Office products
Salary commensurate with experience
