Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.

This is a full time position in the competitive and challenging metal manufacturing field. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
Second Shift Premium
In addition to base pay, we also offer excellent benefits, work-life balance and a collaborative team environment! Job Description
1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7AM-3PM
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead brake press department ' coach, train and instruct other team members.
- Set up and operate press brake and related equipment.
- Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary.
- Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations/maintain safe work area.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
- Strong work ethic.
- 3 years of brake press set up experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A certificate from college or technical school is a plus.
