This position works directly with external partners, sourcing and progressing projects from initial lead to project scoping. Strong business knowledge is a must to help define the project. The Coordinator must be able to organize and prioritize competing tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides appropriate recommendations or conclusions
- Serves as the initial point of contact for the project(s), serves on committees, and attends meetings representing the interests of the project(s)
- Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans in accordance with specifications and resource limitations
- Develops, enhances, and maintains operational standards and systems to support project teams

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in sales, outreach or similar role
- 2 years professional experience
- Well-qualified candidates will possess:
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and precision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated abilities in project development & consulting
- Ability to work under deadline pressures while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven setting
- High degree of initiative
- Proven success in working both independently and in teams
- Provide a high level of customer service while utilizing a strong professional presence
- Preference given to someone with experience in content creation for marketing materials
- Bachelor's degree required, business, or related field preferred
