Job Summary
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Cranberry Packers to assist during the harvest season. This position involves sorting, inspecting, and packing fresh cranberries while maintaining quality and food safety standards in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and inspect cranberries for quality
- Pack cranberries according to product and quality standards
- Remove damaged or substandard fruit
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and packing areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
- Ability to take instruction from Production Manager
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
