Job Description:
As a Lot Attendant, you will move, arrange, and maintain vehicles in our secured lot using a self-loading wrecker/tow truck. You’ll also assist with redemption appointments and support our Repossession Agents as needed. This is a hands-on role that combines outdoor work with organizational responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Verify vehicles secured the night before are on the lot and properly labeled
- Keep track of appointments, delivery times, and transport info
- Handle vehicle redemptions
- Move and arrange vehicles within the lot efficiently and safely
- Assist Repossession Agents when needed
- Remove and inventory personal property from vehicles
- Monitor the property area and remove outdated items
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18 years old (insurance requirement)
- Comfortable using computer/tablet/smartphone
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs as needed
- 1 year towing or related experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
