Hours: Full Time – Department Hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, Occasional Evenings and Weekends.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Loan Officer to join our team. You’ll build relationships, guide borrowers through the mortgage process, and deliver excellent service while meeting sales production goals.
Job Description
- Originate 1-4 family residential mortgage loans.
- Build and maintain referral partner relationships.
- Work directly with borrowers to answer questions, understand their needs and help guide them through the mortgage loan process.
- Input loan file information accurately into loan origination system.
- Coordinate with the Loan Processor and Borrower to collect and submit required documents such as income, assets, liabilities, employment and other supporting documentation.
- Verify information contained in the mortgage application to ensure its completeness and adherence to regulatory, corporate and investor requirements.
- Manage a pipeline of originated loans in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work with the Loan Processor and Underwriting to resolve any Underwriting conditions.
- Stay current on loan programs and compliance.
- Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active NMLS license.
- 3 Mortgage origination and sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.

This is an NMLS required position and an onsite position in Wisconsin.
