Production Specialist – Wisconsin Lighting (New Richmond, WI)
Pay: $17 /hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. This is a hands-on role with a variety of tasks — perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to detail, and values teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble custom lampshades according to customer specifications
- Trace and cut patterns from various materials
- Sew, glue, paint, bind, trim, and seam lampshade components
- Inspect and box completed shades for shipment
- Rotate between different production areas based on workload and team needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
