Position Overview:
The health office assistant advances the well being, academic success, lifelong achievement, and overall health of students.
Position Responsibilities:

Medication administration
-
Provide first aid under the direction of the school nurse

Training will be provided by the head school nurse
Other position appropriate duties as deemed necessary by the Principal or Head of School.
Position Requirements:

Preferred experience in working with school age children, staff, parents/guardians and physicians

CPR training is required (can be provided, if needed)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully and positively with parents, staff, and students in a school environment is required

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Basic computer skills such as email and data entry
