Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and light commercial air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Load and unload HVAC materials, tools, and equipment for service and installation crews.
- Conduct basic maintenance on duct cleaning and warehouse equipment as needed.
- Support field technicians with parts delivery, shop organization, and vehicle restocking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with equipment tracking.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- No prior duct cleaning experience required — training provided!
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical labor in varying environments.
- Comfortable operating power tools, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available).
