Wisconsin Food Hub Cooperative (WFHC) is a farmer-led cooperative based in Waupaca, Wisconsin, connecting more than 100 Wisconsin farmers with retail, institutional, and foodservice buyers throughout the state.

Through marketing, sales, aggregation, and transportation, we help Wisconsin farmers expand their market opportunities while providing customers with high-quality, locally sourced products.

As our cooperative continues to grow, we're looking for dependable, experienced drivers to join our transportation team.

Our 3 & Done schedule allows you to work three days and two nights each week, leaving four days off to enjoy life outside of work.

You'll operate modern, well-maintained trucks on local and regional routes, transporting fresh produce and value-added food products between farms, our distribution hub, and wholesale customers.

No long-haul routes. No traditional five-day workweek.

• Safely operate commercial vehicles on scheduled local and regional delivery routes.
• Transport fresh produce and value-added food products while maintaining proper handling and temperature requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure products for safe transportation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, farmers, and customers.
• Follow DOT regulations, food safety procedures, and company transportation policies.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and equipment concerns promptly.
• Represent Wisconsin Food Hub Cooperative professionally during pickups and deliveries.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of two years of professional CDL driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to complete required inspections, logs, and delivery documentation.
• Ability to safely handle freight and perform physical loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to completing scheduled deliveries.

Experience in food distribution, agricultural transportation, or refrigerated freight is a plus.

Annual Salary: $65,500
