What you’ll do
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction is positive and productive.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Process data entry tasks accurately to ensure customer information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage in sales activities by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that meet customer needs.
- Shared responsibility to ensure data accuracy within our CRM Platform (Salesforce), in partnership with Sales Account Managers
- Maintaining customer documentation and SOPs in accordance with record retention policies
- Confirmation of accurate pricing and review of invoices before going to customers
- Potential travel up to 15% of the time for customer visits, trade shows, conferences, and plant visits

- Basic qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus!
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client services roles is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, team collaboration and service mindset
