Join our growing paper bag manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Manager and take charge of machine reliability, preventive maintenance, and a talented team of 10 to 15 maintenance and set up technicians. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a department with tremendous potential for growth. The right candidate will have the ability to mold the team, strengthen processes, and make a significant impact quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop, and support a maintenance team of 10 to 15 employees focused on equipment uptime and reliability
• Build, track, and uphold key performance indicators for maintenance, reliability, and facility performance
• Create and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs that minimize unplanned downtime
• Oversee parts inventory levels, vendor relationships, and all maintenance-related ordering
• Coordinate facility maintenance needs including building systems, utilities, and safety-driven repairs
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance principles
• Experience establishing or improving preventive maintenance systems and KPIs
• Ability to coach, mentor, and grow a team while building accountability
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a willingness to drive continuous improvement
