What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and support a maintenance team of 10 to 15 employees focused on equipment uptime and reliability
- Build, track, and uphold key performance indicators for maintenance, reliability, and facility performance
- Create and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs that minimize unplanned downtime
- Oversee parts inventory levels, vendor relationships, and all maintenance-related ordering
- Coordinate facility maintenance needs including building systems, utilities, and safety-driven repairs
- Hands-on maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance principles
- Experience establishing or improving preventive maintenance systems and KPIs
- Ability to coach, mentor, and grow a team while building accountability
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a willingness to drive continuous improvement
