PPAP Coordinator – Be the Link Between Precision and Perfection
Location: Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) | 1445 Dufek Drive, Manitowoc, WI
Status: Full-Time | Hourly Non-Exempt | Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As our PPAP Coordinator, you’ll make sure our Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages are accurate, complete, and customer ready. You’ll collaborate across Quality, Engineering, and Production to keep projects on track and compliance tight. Every document you touch contributes to maintaining the quality standards that MP&M is known for.
You’ll:
- Prepare and maintain complete PPAP documentation packages per customer and industry requirements
- Collect, organize, and verify dimension, material, and performance test data
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Review control plans, process flows, and PFMEAs — ensuring each step meets spec
- Coordinate sample part submissions and verify results prior to customer approval
- Support audits, corrective actions, and preventive improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical diploma preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and PPAP documentation
- Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 systems (a plus)
