Maintenance Mechanic – Keep Our Foundry Running Strong
Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry
Location: 838 S. 16th Street, Manitowoc, WI
Shift: Full-time |1st shift Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:00PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jump in on emergency breakdowns to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems
- Keep our machines humming with routine preventative maintenance
- Handle installations, adjustments, and equipment upgrades
- Use your brain and your hands—reading work orders, following manuals, and using everything from wrenches to multimeters
- Work in an environment that’s hot, gritty, and filled with moving parts—just how you like it
- Support your crew and get the job done right the first time
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 2 years of solid background in industrial maintenance—foundry experience is a big plus
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work in tight spots, hot areas, and physically demanding situations
- A strong work ethic, common sense, and a team-first attitude
