- $2,500 weekly average gross
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Percentage pay positions available at 26% (based on experience)
- Biweekly pay (every other Friday)
- Home daily with opportunities for additional hours and pay
- Regular weekly schedule for local drivers
Job Duties
- Safely haul production, fresh, and flowback water using Class A tankers
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comply with DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch and field supervisors for efficient load scheduling
- Operate in varying oilfield conditions while maintaining safety and professionalism

- Referral Bonus: $2,000 for every qualified CDL driver hired
- Well-maintained fleet with 3 shops and 12 mechanics in North Dakota
Job Requirements:
1 year verifiable oilfield tanker experience (required)
2 years verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience (required)
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement (required)
- Experience operating 13- and 18-speed manual transmissions (required)
- Current DOT medical certificate required
- Acceptable MVR/PSP and background check status
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and CDL driving skills test
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT requirements
- Must comply with all company safety procedures and implement safe driving practices at all times
- Based in Williston, ND and surrounding area
