Now Hiring: Marine Engine Mechanic (Full Time or Part Time)
Position Overview:
As a Marine Engine Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of marine engines and related systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair inboard and outboard engines
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and part replacements
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately
- Test engines and ensure proper performance after repairs
- Maintain detailed service records
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working with marine or small engines (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems and fuel systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Certification or technical training is a plus
