JOB SUMMARY:
Responds to customer phone and walk-in inquiries and performs a variety of duties related to the customer service area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain front desk/reception area at the Assembly Plant.
- Computer entry of customer orders.
- Provide support functions for the sales and marketing team
- Maintains files and records for the department.
- Receives, researches and answers customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts, products, rates and provide technical support.
- Prepares catalogs and brochures for mailing.
- Handle and maintain confidential information.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by department supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and the public.
- Knowledge of fast food product line.
- Ability to learn and understand technical terminology as it relates to the Wisco manufactured product line.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good telephone etiquette skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Open Office
- Ability to navigate the Internet.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and out going personality.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work with interruptions.
- Proficient with office equipment including fax machines, photocopiers, computers, typewriters and similar equipment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED/HSED).
- Two (2) years’ experience in clerical, retail or customer service position.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
